  • In the province of Jujuy it is very common the "Shared" Taxi to travel to the different towns to visit the main tourist attractions. The idea is as follows: the cab driver gets 4 passengers to fill the vehicle and they share the cost of the trip
  • If you going to visit Iruya with your own car remebre not to take the first detour, but the second, 200 mts north in the post of "Gauchito Gil".
  • To visit the main attractions of the Quebrada de Humahuaca you need at least one week
  • The frequency of buses at night decreases. (Check the section: Bus Schedule)
  • At noon (13:30 to 17:00 hs) it is difficult to find open shops
  • Since many trails are not signalized please check with your guide
